  • At Melaskiin, I understand that life can sometimes lead to unexpected changes in plans.

    I value my clients' time as well as my own, and I’ve designed my cancellation policy to accommodate both parties.

    I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This gives me an opportunity to offer the appointment slot to other clients in need of my services.

    In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of 60% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. I appreciate your understanding of the impact of last-minute changes on my schedule and resources.

  • I value punctuality to ensure that I can provide the best service to all my clients. If you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment, please notify me as soon as possible.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to assess the situation and determine whether the full service can still be completed within my discretion. In some cases, I may need to adjust the service duration or reschedule the appointment so I don’t disrupt the flow of my work day.

  • I recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to adjust your schedule, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your request without incurring any fees. Your consideration in this matter is deeply appreciated.
