To prepare for your wax…

…you need at least 2 weeks of hair growth or for size reference, about the size/length of a sprinkle. This is because the wax needs to grip onto your hair to successfully remove it from the root.

…exfoliating your skin the day prior is essential to making sure there is no dead skin in between the wax and your hair. This ensures that when the wax is applied it has the highest probability of giving you the smoothest and softest results. You can use exfoliating tools or products, either or will aid in allowing easy access to your hairs.

…if you are using any active products on your face or body (i.e AHA’s, BHA’s, prescribed topical products, etc.) cease use for at least 48 hours prior to your service. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact Melaskiin.
